How cat sitting works

My cat sitting service covers SK5, SK4, SK3, SK1, M19.

I offer daily visits tailored to your cat’s individual needs.

We start with a meet and greet and it’s free!

The meet and greet is encouraged for all new clients, before any bookings commence.

I will meet you and your cat(s) at your home at a mutually convenient time.
It's a great opportunity for you to check you are happy with everything before you confirm the booking, and for your cat to say hello and have a sniff, if they are feeling confident!
During the meet and greet we will run through a questionnaire which covers all of your cat's needs, to make sure I am taking the best possible care of them whilst you are away
You can also request to see my DBS certificate and insurance policy at the meet and greet (please let me know in advance).

I understand that your cat is special to you.

And that your cat will be happiest at home with their usual routine. So I want to make your cat as comfortable as possible and to reassure you that their needs are being met.

I have 15 year's experience of cat care; looking after playful kittens, older cats, nervous cats, rescue cats, and pedigree breeds who require extra attention. I also care for cats who have health problems and require medication. My daily visits are tailored to your cat’s individual needs.

During your free meet and greet we will run through the Client Agreement Form if you are booking sessions with me. Here are some FAQs to help:

If I am available, I will try to accommodate your booking. I totally understand that my clients are busy people so if I can, I will.
Yes I am fully insured and DBS checked and can administer any medication your cat may need. I can also take your cat to the vet in an emergency. We will discuss the requirements at the free meet and greet.
Yes I can take your cat to the vet in an emergency. We will chat about this at the free meet and greet. Your permission is required when you sign the agreement form. We can also discuss if your cat is due a check-up and if the date is when you are away I can arrange a caring cat trip to the vets.
